28 December 1934 – 4 January 2022 Sharing the sad news of the passing of our Dad, Stanley McKAY of the Bronx, New York. He passed away peacefully in his sleep just days after his 87th Birthday. He will be sadly missed by his wife Annie (formerly of Abbeyfeale, County Limerick), all of his sons, Stanley, Kenneth, Stephen and Richard and his daughter Victoria, his nine grandchildren, his brother Harry, and all of their spouses and partners as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and friends all over the world whose lives he has touched over the many years of his long life. He is now with his son Timothy, who sadly passed away last year, his beloved brothers and sister and countless other family and friends. Dad was a brave and fearless man who spend his life helping others. He started life in the darkest and poorest of times and became a success through his bravery and hard work. He joined the army as a teenager, worked on the railroad and then became a firefighter and Marshall in the FDNY before he worked for the Securities Industry at 33 Waters Street. After so many years of working hard he got a chance to enjoy his retirement travelling the world. He enjoyed find dining, sailing, cycling, kayaking, and of course, spending time with his family.
