Terry has worked in West Belfast’s community sector for over 20 years, supporting communities facing deprivation to improve outcomes in health, wellbeing and regeneration. He has helped bring statutory agencies, community groups and political representatives together through initiatives including Divis Intervention, unwanted bonfire strategies and Neighbourhood Renewal planning. Terry is currently leading the development of a population health plan for West Belfast, rooted in public engagement and tackling health inequalities. As coordinator of the West Belfast Strategic Health and Wellbeing Forum, he is committed to giving local people a voice and building a healthier, stronger, more resilient West Belfast.
