Spar Mount Eagles has been run by The Gartland family since 2010. Mount Eagles and Lagmore have grown vastly during this time. The owners and staff have done their upmost to provide local residents with their everyday grocery essentials, including the addition of a Post Office service in 2021. The store has always provided up to 30 jobs for the local community. The owners recently took the lead on a successful Belfast City Council project to enhance customer experience in the Mount Eagles Square area, including a revamp of the now popular adjacent planted garden . Customer Service, Cleanliness and Community spirit are the driving force behind this little convenience store.
