FALLS PARK RUN

Parkrun plays an important role within the local community, encouraging people to enjoy beautiful open green spaces while supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing through running, walking and, importantly, volunteering.

Over the years, Falls parkrun has welcomed participants from the local area, as well as visitors from across the world.

Falls parkrun is deeply passionate about the valuable contribution the event makes to the community. Now celebrating 14 years of operation, Falls parkrun is made possible through the hard work and commitment of dedicated volunteers, both on the ground every Saturday morning and through the sustained effort that takes place behind the scenes.
