What do you think are the key ingredients needed to make a person or organisation the Best of the West? The main key ingredient in my opinion would be community engagement, we are nothing without our community and our people.

Caulfields Bar is a warm welcoming bar on the Springfield road (top of the rock) our staff and punters are up there with the best in the west, we are a very casual cozy bar with a chilled ambience that the serves one of the best pints Guinness about.
