What do you think are the key ingredients needed to make a person or organisation the Best of the West? 

Always look after your customers. Most of clientele is repeat business from all over Belfast, Shankill, East Belfast, South, even as far as Ballymena, people come to our shop on the Springfield Road. Word of mouth is key to a successful business. Always go that extra mile for your customer. Someone comes in buys lamps, side tables, we would run the customer onto her front door and give her hand with the goods. Something like that doesn’t cost anything and that customer will tell ten others for what you done.

All started from the house during lockdown. Always sold for every Tom, Dick, Harry over the years and new there was a gap in the market for strong home Fragrance Products like Wax Melts. So we got the contract with The Fragrance House in London who supply the oil direct to us and it just took of and here we are today with 2 businesses and growing onwards and upwards.
