Best advice you could give someone thinking of a teaching career: It is a very rewarding job, some days can be difficult but when you see how much the children grow and learn in their environment and you are part of that it makes the hard days worth it.

I have lived in Clonard, West Belfast most of my life. I always knew I wanted to work with children from an early age. I left school at 17 and went on to further education, completing NVQs to give me the qualifications needed. I worked in various day cares over the years before coming to Holy Rosary Primary School. I am currently working with the Primary 1 children and have done the past four years. I have a great interest in reading and love to travel. I also enjoy spending time with my nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
