DEVLIN GERARD (DEV) STABBED TO DEATH Treasured birthday memories on 19th November of our beautiful, loving big son Gerard whose life was taken by evil hands who put a knife in his back. Today will be a celebration of the 39 years you were here. You will always be remembered with great love and many tears but to only feel pain and sorrow would not be fair to you. You touched the lives and hearts of everyone who knew you. On this very special day when all our hearts still hurt even though we mourn you, we’ll celebrate your birth. We may not handle our emotions the way that we should do but we’ll thank God for every birthday ever spent with you. You were someone very special. Earth’s loss is Heaven’s gain. So you celebrate in Heaven son and on earth we’ll do the same. So many happy birthdays Gerard but not enough years.
