Young chef Harry Barkley puts the finishing touches to his dish of salmon and cod at the pass in the Balmoral Hotel kitchen. Harry scored a double triumph on the night, scooping the People's Choice award (voted for by the audience who sampled a taster of the food of all four finalists) and he was declared the overall winner by a panel of four distinguished judges.
