MANCHESTER United legend Harry Gregg  will be guest of honour at a special Q&A event in the Whitefort on Friday. The charity event is in association with Friends of the Cancer Centre, with all proceeds raised on the night going to the City Hospital.

Whitefort manager Noel Flannery said fans are in for a very special treat.

“We are delighted to be hosting this fantastic event and to have Harry Gregg come over and share his stories with fans is just an absolute treat.

“It really is a Manchester United supporter’s dream to be able to sit and listen to Harry who will be taking us through his sporting career highs both for United and his time as player and manager of Northern Ireland. No discussion would be complete without the Munich air disaster and we can’t wait to hear this man’s remarkable story.

“I’m a United fan myself and have been lucky to meet Harry before, he is a true gent and I’m sure fans will give him a very warm welcome on Friday,” he said.

Tickets for the event are prices at £5 and are available from the Whitefort.
