FOR 30 years the Aisling Awards have celebrated the very best of Belfast — the generosity, resilience and indomitable spirit that continue to define a city full of ambition and opportunity.
For three decades, these awards have shone a spotlight on the community champions, innovators, businesses and bridge-builders whose dedication helps shape a better Belfast for all.
Now, as we mark this special milestone year, we invite you to be part of the celebration by nominating the neighbourhood heroes, inspiring leaders and outstanding achievers who deserve recognition at the 2026 Aisling Awards, taking place at the Europa Hotel on Friday, November 27.
If the Aisling Awards are about hailing the community champions of Belfast then the coveted Belfast Brand accolade is about spotlighting those high-flyers who build the infrastructure which makes the city's progress possible.
Won last year by GLL Templemore Baths, the search is on for nominees for this year's Belfast Brand Award, proudly sponsored by George Best Belfast City Airport.
Michelle Hatfield, Chief People and Marketing Officer at Belfast City Airport, said: “As Belfast's gateway to the world, we are proud to sponsor the Belfast Brand category in the 30th year of the Aisling Awards.
“This category celebrates the people, projects and organisations helping to shape Belfast's future. As we progress the next phase of our Master Plan, we share the ambition of creating a city that is connected and confident in its global outlook. This award recognises those whose vision enhances Belfast's reputation and makes it an even better place to live, work, visit and invest.
“We look forward to celebrating this year's finalists and recognising those whose ideas and innovation are helping Belfast realise its potential and build a brighter future for generations to come.”
You can submit your nominations for the 2026 Aisling Awards online before the nomination deadline of Friday, October 23.
