What it taught you: Get a job done without complaining, Do it right the 1st time to save you doing it again and not to waste anything

What do you think are the key ingredients needed to make a person or organisation the Best of the West? To be the best in the west, you need to be able to get things done. Have a thick skin a quick tongue, show up, do the graft and don't be a melter. If you cant be absolutely brilliant at the very least be sound.
