Best advice you would give to someone thinking of a teaching career:  Teaching allows you a chance to bring a positive influence into a young person's life. Young people remember the positive interactions they have in school, not necessarily the content of the curriculum, if they feel you understand them then there is no limit to what they can achieve. 

Paul is 42 years of age and is the son of two proud working class parents who's love and support helped him unmeasurably. Paul is also the father to a nine-year-old autistic son who helps him see life differently every day. Paul left teaching to become a youth worker, only to return to the profession with a whole new outlook on the job.
