My heart is full of memories with pride I speak your name, though life goes on without you it will never be the same. I sat beside your bedside I held your hand in mine, I knew that I was losing you, you were running out of time. Did you hear the words I said to you even though you could not speak, did you know I stroked your hair and kissed you on the cheek. Did you know my heart was breaking, did you hear me cry, did you hear me say I love you Bridie before I said good-bye.
