CREIGHTON Tracy Cherished memories of a dear daughter and mother whose 22nd Anniversary occurs on  7th August. Those we love don't go away they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard but always near,  loved and missed and very dear. Time will not heal the  heartache or stop the silent tears, it won't take away the  memories of one we loved  so dear. Loved and sadly missed by her mum and Michael her daughter Megan and son James and her sister Aisling and brother Paul xoxo.
