The day that God called your name it broke my heart in two, but Heaven needed an Angel and the one He picked was you. I wish He could have waited and let you stay with me, but you left precious memories in my heart and that is where they will always be. I wish I could rewind the clock or make it turn really slow, I could have hugged you one more time before you had to go. Another day goes by without you John, another day to reminisce about all the times we shared together and everything I miss. Flowers by your graveside, your photo in a frame, I still feel you all around me, but nothing is the same. If I could see you for a minute, I know what I would do, I’d freeze that moment in a heartbeat so I could stay with you.
