HALLIGAN Billy 50th Anniversary British armed forces arrived in the guise of saviours, in a short time the mask slipped and they performed in our land as they did in many others. Kill the natives, British paras murdered Billy that cold March night. We had read of British army’s murderous behaviour and we were seeing it on our streets, our friend Billy’s life was taken in Balaclava Street on that dark night leaving only grief and pain for his family and friends. Remembered always by Paul McCorry. RIP
