McTAGGART Philip (PIP) Remembering my beautiful son and our brother Philip whose 21st Anniversary occurred on 23rd April. Another anniversary passes, 21 years have marched on relentlessly yet I remain stuck at that moment I last held you in my arms. We see you now only in memories, the moments are frozen in time, we long to hear you say I love you just one more time. We take comfort in knowing, though far from sight you are never gone.
