O’CARROLL/TIERNEY In proud and loving memory of Captain Sean O’Carroll and quarter master Patrick Tierney IRA. who was murdered by the black and tans on 30th November 1920. Sean O’Carroll was OC of D Company, Belfast at the time of his death and his body was brought home by his comrades Joe McKelvey and the men and woman of D Company. Still honoured today by the men and women of D Company. Forever grateful John O’Carroll.
