QUINN

Quinn Francis (Fra)  Died 12th September 2022 1st Anniversary  We still can’t believe we are writing this insertion.  Sometimes life is cruel with no real understanding.  A full year without seeing your face, hearing your  voice, listening to your jokes and most of all missing the best hugs of all. You were the first child,  first son and the best brother to Liam, Lisa and Arlene. The best wee cuz to our Tina. You were only  50 when God took you Fra. He didn’t only take you,  he took a part of each of us. The only consolation  out of our loss is that you’re with mummy, who you  sorely missed everyday while you were on earth.  Sometimes a death of a loved one questions Gods  doing but then we remember he only takes the best  for his garden. The heartache is surreal and hurts  like hell, not only emotional pain but physical pain  as days we ache all over as your passing has taken  it’s toll. You could make us laugh and cry at the  same time with your sense of humour. You also  tested our buttons but wouldn’t change you for the  world because you were our Fra. Even when people  speak your name we listen with pride because  you’re remembered for being an absolute gem no  matter what troubles you had. You loved your family dearly and adored your kids. Some people write poems on days like this but a day like this we want to remind the world how much we love you. You are thought about every single day no matter  whether tears flow our cheeks or whether smiles  reach from ear to ear. We promise you as life goes  on you will never ever be forgotten. Somedays we  can’t even read our last texts because it’s still so  raw. The way we feel at the minute we will never  get over your loss until God calls all our names.  Losing a parent/wife is so hard and now we have  lost a son/brother, life is extremely difficult. Days  we find it hard to breath freely without it hurting.  As a family of six, our family chain is broken, but  we hold onto the fact we know it’s not a goodbye  forever it’s a see you later because one day we will  all be together again. As our family motto is “as a  family our hearts beat as one” and that’s no matter  whether heaven and earth separate us. You were  so loved while on this earth and still so loved while  in heaven. We know you got the biggest hug upon  your arrival from mummy. We will finish this off the  way you finished our calls “we love ya to bits” or as  you said to your kids “mates forever“. Sorely  missed by your heartbroken daddy, your brother  Liam, sisters Lisa and Arlene. Missed by all their  partners and also your nieces and nephew xx
