THE search is on for nominations for the Education Award in this year's Aisling Awards.
For 30 years the Aisling Awards have celebrated the very best of Belfast — the generosity, resilience and indomitable spirit that continue to define a city full of ambition and opportunity.
For three decades these awards have shone a spotlight on the community champions, innovators, businesses and bridge-builders whose dedication helps shape a better Belfast for all.
Now, as we mark this special milestone year, we invite you to be part of the celebration by nominating the neighbourhood heroes, inspiring leaders and outstanding achievers who deserve recognition at the 2026 Aisling Awards, taking place at the Europa Hotel on Friday, November 27.
The Education category is once again proudly sponsored by the Kennedy Centre.
John Jones, is urging readers to nominate educational establishments and school projects to be shortlisted for this year’s Education Award.
“We are incredibly proud at the Kennedy Centre to have sponsored the Educational Achievement Aisling Award since its inception," he said.
"Education plays such a vital role in shaping individuals, strengthening communities and creating opportunities for the future.
"We’re delighted to once again support the Aisling Awards and look forward to visiting some truly amazing educational establishments and celebrating the outstanding work taking place within them.”
