TfS is for school leavers aged 16-18 years and is designed to provide skills, confidence and knowledge within a unique supported learning environment that will enable you to find work. No prior qualifications are required to enroll, so places are limited.
Rutledge Belfast offer an extensive range of Apprenticeships and Training for Success programmes in:

Child Care
Health and Social Care
Information Technology
Joinery
Retail
Stores and Warehousing
Rutledge also offers FREE Essential Skills qualifications in Literacy, Numeracy and ICT as part of the Apprenticeships and Training for Success programmes.
Training for Success participants benefit from:
£40 EMA per week
Up to £520 cash bonuses
Paid travel allowance
Up to £130 per week
Payments for childcare
37 days’ paid holiday leave
Each individual will receive a tailored package of assistance, which will include a Personal Training Plan that is discussed and agreed between you and Rutledge detailing the targeted outcomes you want to achieve whilst on the programme.
