SAG Credit Union is pleased to announce the reopening of its Stewartstown Road office next week following extensive repair works.
It will open on Tuesday, September 1 having been closed as a result of significant damage caused by a heating oil leak.
The credit union would like to thank members for their patience and support during the closure and looks forward to welcoming them back to the restored office.
Sheena Joyce, Chief Executive of SAG Credit Union, said: "We are delighted to reopen our Stewartstown Road office and resume serving members from this location. We sincerely thank our members and staff for their understanding and continued support throughout the repair process.
“We’re delighted to be able to reopen this office and to welcome members back. We’ll have an ice cream van on site giving out free sweet treats!”
In other exciting news members of Divisview Antigonish Credit Union (DACU) are meeting on the September 1 at 7pm in their Arizona Street premises, to discuss merging with SAG Credit Union.
SAG Credit Union members will have the opportunity to discuss and vote on the issue at 7pm on the 23 September at their premises on the Andersonstown Road. Please note change of date. Letters and emails will be going out to members next week.
