A COFFEE morning at Naomh Éanna GAC in Glengormley has helped raised almost £1,000 in memory of a much-loved mother-of-four who passed away last year.
Kasia McKinney passed away in February 2025 after a long battle with breast cancer.
Ever since, a charity set up in her name called 'Kasia's Dream' has been raising money for the Northern Ireland Hospice – a cause that was close to her heart and gave her family so much support in the last few weeks of her life.

Naomh Éanna GAC member Seamus Kelly helped organise a coffee morning at the club with all donations going to Northern Ireland Hospice.
Speaking to the North Belfast News, Seamus said: "The coffee morning was a culmination of weeks of hard work and organising, and as of writing the takings both online and through charitable contributions have almost reached £1,000.
"From a delicious selection of treats and hot and cold drinks to very generous donations from local business from local and far, a great day was had by all who attended.
"Special thanks must go to St Enda’s GAA Club, Mary Jo Russell, Dianne McGreevy, Gerard Curley who helped with so much and also to the local people who donated prizes including John McKinney, Sean Breen of Breen’s Gym, Gerard Healy of Healy’s Gym, Martin Spence of Spence Personal Training and to the fantastic staff at Belfast City Council and the Movie House, Fun Works and crazy golf in Glengormley.
"Thanks also to everyone who attended. It was a great day had by all."
