U15 SBYL

Rosario’s U15s got back to winning ways on Saturday with a convincing victory over Bangor at Ormeau Park.

Changes were made for this match from the side, which drew two weeks ago.

The Roses started well and put Bangor under pressure from the start.

The first goal came from a well-taken penalty by Curran after Noble-Walker had been fouled inside the box.

The Roses kept the pressure on with Kelly, Dornan and Sykes combining well for Davey to score the second goal.

Neeson had a great game and it showed after he beat a couple of defenders before scoring a cracker to make the score line 3-0 at half time. The second half started well and a few changes were made.

Donaghy, who came on as one of the subs, showed why he is top goalscorer with a well-taken goal with his left foot.

It was one-way traffic for the rest of the game with Neeson getting his second goal of the game to make it 5-0 at the final whistle.

ROSARIO: Guerin, Hynes, Curran, Noble-Walker (c), Kelly, Reilly, Dornan, Braniff, Neeson, Sykes, Davey. Subs: Gordon, Donaghy, Smyth, Blaney, McDonnell.
